Disclaimers

Blog Disclaimer

I am not a doctor and my blog is simply full of suggestions that have worked for me and/or things I have learned over time. I have never nor will I promote any fad diets because I simply don't believe in them. Please check with a doctor before trying any new exercise program and/or any new diet. And always always make sure to be careful in the kitchen! The oven is hot, knives are sharp and meat needs to be cooked to a high enough internal temperature before eaten. I can not be held responsible for any kitchen accidents that happen while making my delicious recipes. Another Disclaimer: I am not an attorney so I simply made this disclaimer up on my own. Anyways, enjoy my blog and be careful!

Review Disclaimer: These product reviews are based on my own personal experience and are truly what I believe.  I will never take money or products simply to write a good review for the company.  I value my integrity and my blog readership too much to sell out!

Amazon Disclaimer

I decided to become a partner with Amazon.com, a great site that I use myself and I am sure most are familiar with it (a site where one can buy anything and everything under the sun). This allows me to put links to items that apply to my blog so that those reading my blog are able to easily buy the item, and I will get a small kick-back IF the link from my blog is clicked.  I would NEVER post something from Amazon unless I believe it is a good product.
