If you are like most Americans, your day starts with coffee. Hopefully that is not the extent of your morning fuel, but if you feel as though that is all you have time for, consider making a switch. It is possible that apples wake you up better than coffee.

I know when the mornings get chilly and it becomes hard to leave the warmth of my cozy bed, I think about pouring myself a hot cup of java and it helps me start my day.
