the last time I tried to get into training for a race..I hurt my back at work and had to do physical therapy for a couple of months.
And I was actually getting really into it!

Hurt myself April 18th and I was told I couldn’t run for awhile and therefore couldn’t run the race I paid for (3 months ago today!!)
Then the blog turned into more of a food blog.. (Not a bad thing eh?)
Recently I actually tried to get back into running on the fourth of july and I irritated a cyst/some cysts in my ovary (thought it was just cramps or a stitch in my side from not having run for a long time…) and it ruptured the next day…TMI? Well, just sayin that I have been a little leery of starting on the journey of running again.

Lately I have been a little bored…work is slow, I’m only taking one class online and its not stressful because I LOVE IT (Nutrition), and the BF is now working a real job…40-50 hours a week. Thus, the reconsideration of running again. There is a marathon/half-marathon/10K run September 25, 2011 and I’m going to go for the 10K. Safe right? 6 miles…I have run 6 miles before so shouldn’t be too bad.
